In the past, military hospitals provide for military patients medicines different in color and package from those for civilian patients, although there is no difference in medical effect. However, to address the problem of distrust form military personnel, and prompt their confidence in military hospitals, from 1997, military hospitals provide military patients with same medicines as that provided to civilian patients.
